Installation and Activation

  • Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
  • Go to Plugins > Add New> upload  “ad-claim-listing .zip” and install it.

Settings Configuration

  • Go to aDirectory > Settings > Extensions > Claim Listing.
  • Select the created pricing plan for the claim listing from Claim By Plans. Note: You need to create pricing plan for the claim listing. If you have not chosen any pricing plan, the user can claim for free.

How to Claim a Listing?

After visiting a single listing page, the user will have the option to submit a claim. Once the claim is submitted, the admin will receive an email notification.

Where to View All Claims?

The admin can view all claims and their details in the WordPress admin dashboard under the menu aDirectory > Claim Listings.

After viewing the details, the admin can decide what action to take. Also send an email to the claimer and the listing owner after taking action.
