Thank you for your interest in the aDirectory Affiliate Program. This Affiliate Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and guidelines governing your participation in our program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms in full.

1. Eligibility

To join the aDirectory Affiliate Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Have a valid PayPal account or bank account for commission payouts.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an aDirectory affiliate, you agree to:

Promote the product honestly and ethically using your unique referral link.
Avoid false or misleading claims about aDirectory features or performance.
Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing marketing and data privacy.
Ensure your content does not infringe on third-party copyrights or intellectual property.

You may promote through:

Blog posts, articles, and tutorials
Social media content
Email newsletters (with proper compliance)
YouTube or other video content
Paid advertising (with restrictions below)

3. Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of our brand, affiliates must not:

Engage in spam or unsolicited communications.
Promote using deceptive, misleading, or unethical methods.
Use paid advertising that bids on aDirectory brand keywords or trademarked terms.
Impersonate aDirectory or falsely imply a partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
Post affiliate links on coupon, deal, or discount websites without approval.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of pending commissions.

4. Commissions & Payments

Commission Rate: Up to 50% per eligible sale.
Tracking Method: Via affiliate referral link (cookie duration: [insert duration, e.g. 60 days])
Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, within the first 15 business days of each month.
Payment Methods: PayPal or bank transfer (minimum threshold applies).
Refund Policy Impact: If a referred customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be voided or deducted from future payouts.

5. When Are Payouts Made?

Affiliate sales are reviewed at the end of each month and manually audited to prevent fraud. Once validated, payouts for the previous month are sent to your PayPal account by the end of the following month. For example, sales made in November will be paid by December 31. The minimum payout threshold is $200.

6. Promotional Materials

Affiliates will have access to promotional assets such as:

Banners, logos, and visuals
Pre-written copy for emails or blogs
Brand guidelines to ensure consistency
Affiliates may not alter official promotional materials without written consent

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Common reasons include:

Violation of this policy
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Negative impact on brand reputation

Upon termination, all pending commissions may be withheld, and access to affiliate resources will be revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

aDirectory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program. Our total liability is limited to the total commissions earned by you through the program.

9. Changes to the Policy

This Affiliate Policy may be updated at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email or within the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
